Paypal isn't working! What do I do?

Paypal has decided not to allow the sales of CBD products through their service. Therefore we are no longer able to use their services on our site. In the meantime, you can call us at 1-888-524-8118 and place your order over the phone with us. You will receive the same great service you have come to expect from us.

We are still working on a permanent solution. We appreciate your loyalty and patience during this time.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and all other major credit/debit cards.

How long will delivery take?

Packages are usually shipped the same day or next day depending on the time the order was placed. In any event our packages usually arrive in 2-3 business days. We do everything possible to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order is placed, our warehouse team will pull your item(s) from inventory and package your order. We have daily pickups with USPS and your package will be picked up and delivered to you. To ensure your delivery is efficient please be sure to make sure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive an invoice/reciept for your order right after checking out. You can use this email to quickly identify your order number should we need to return/exchange any products. Please reference your order number if you need to contact us.
